Invoicing

All invoices are Net 30 days. Any amounts past 30 days incur a 1.5% late fee.

Suitability for Laundering

By using our service, you agree that your items are suitable to be washed in water, on a normal cycle, and dried using heat in a tumble dryer. We cannot be responsible for any damage to items that are not suitable for this standard laundering process. Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse to service items that we feel will be hazardous to our staff, such as items heavily soiled with human or animal waste. This is for the health and safety of our team.

Loss or Damage

Missing or damaged items must be reported to LaundrOclean™ at the time of delivery of your item(s). Failure to report the missing or damaged item(s) on delivery shall remove any liability of LaundrOclean for the missing or damaged item. In the event that any item is lost or damaged by LaundrOclean™, LaundrOclean™’s liability with respect to any damaged or lost items shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that item regardless of brand or condition. LaundrOclean™ is not liable for any pre-existing damage to an item and reserves the right to return any item without cleaning it if any pre-existing damage is found or if we have a concern about the color fastness or the age or weakness of the fabric.
